Engagement

Choose our local pharmacy to allow your staff the flexibility to stay on top of your residents day-to-day needs. We only work with facilities within a two hour radius of our office in Western North Carolina. That ensures your facility receives quick turnaround times.

You call one number for all of your needs including our pharmacy, DME supplies, and delivery arrangements where you will speak to a staff member. No waiting for call backs.

Number of residents does not equal the quality of your service. Every facility receives the same level of care and oversight. Our team is invested in the well-being of your residents and staff!

Clinical

We offer ongoing education tailored to the needs of your staff. We can provide medication technician training on a variety of topics to prepare you and your staff to offer the most efficient and accurate medical plans.

Dispensing Systems Offered:

30 day unit dose blister packs (cycled or on demand)
We will work with your community to meet any packaging systems you need.
Medication Carts are provided to suit your needs and color preferences

Delivery

Our delivery team is not outsourced, and are full-time members of the Reliance Team. They understand the vital role they play in taking care of the residents and will assist in any way needed.

Our regular delivery hours are M-F 9am-6pm, with on-call emergency service 24 hours a day.

We are locally owned and based in Western NC in Spindale. After serving our community in the retail and long term care setting for over 70 years as a traditional main street pharmacy, we opened a separate pharmacy in 2000 to focus exclusively on long term care.

Our owners, Bill and Lesley Koonce are both experienced pharmacists who have spent many years serving the special needs of our geriatric populations.

We have placed great importance on selecting other pharmacists who have joined our team to ensure that they share our same passion for service and care that is unmatched in the industry.
